Due to the personalized nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been made.
Coaching sessions, planning services, assessments, and customized documents require significant preparation time and individualized work. Digital downloads and templates are considered delivered upon purchase and therefore cannot be returned.
If you need to reschedule a session, we are happy to accommodate with advance notice. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to arrange a new time.
